Melania Trump's former friend has unleashed a blistering attack on the First Lady, slamming her for staying silent after the recent attack on American politics.
Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, 51, didn't hold back as she put pen to paper to share her true feelings towards Melania, who she served as an advisor during her time in office.
During her time working for Melania, Stephanie says she "gave up everything" for her friend and went worked without taking a single penny before she was shunned from the White House in 2018.
Now, Wolkoff, admits that she regrets being "blind to the depth of deception and lack of decency," shown by Melania, 50.
In an opinion piece column, Stephanie says "there's blood on her hands" after she failed to show a lack of remorse following the violence that unfolded when a large group of pro-Trump supporters attacked The Capitol Building, the heart of American politics.
She said: "Every single MAGA mob rioter who stormed the U.S. Capitol did so 'at the direction of, and in coordination with' President Trump, and it was an assault on human life and our great democracy, unfortunately, our president and first lady have little, if any, regard for either.
Donald Trump's Twitter account permanently suspended after 'incitement of violence'
"I can't believe how blind I was to the depth of her deception and lack of common decency."
"I wish I could say I was shocked by President Trump's actions, but sadly I can not, or say I don't comprehend Melania's silence and inactions, but pathetically, they are both expected," she penned for the Daily Beast.
Stephanie continued: "She and her husband lack character and have no moral compass. I'm disheartened and ashamed to have worked with Melania."
During the attacks, five people died, including a police officer and a woman ho stormed the building and attempted to make her way into the House Chamber as congress was sitting.
The attack came after Trump claimed the results of the November US election, which saw him lose his seat in the office were "faked" after Joe Biden won The Oval Office.
While violence unfolded at the heart of American politics, Donald Trump took to his now-suspended social media profiles to share a message to his supporters, encouraging them to go home before adding "we love you".
Meanwhile, Melania was said to be taking part in a photoshoot at the White House when the violence started and hasn't been seen in public since arriving back at the White House on New Year's Eve following a festive break in Florida.
