In 2015, Carlos Orosco weighed 650 pounds. He ate fast-food three times a day. He drank heavily. His legs were so swollen his skin began to crack and become infected. Doctors told him he had just three years to live.
Last week, after dropping a staggering 475 pounds, Orosco, very much alive, completed the Detroit marathon.
