Alcoa Inc. (AA) Is Falling After Outlook Reduced

Alcoa Inc. (AA) reported second quarter adjusted EPS of $1.52 after the bell Wednesday, which surpassed the consensus estimate of $1.34.

The company also updated its full-year outlook for adjusted EBITDA excluding special items to range between $3.0 billion to $3.2 billion, down from the prior quarter’s range of $3.5 billion to $3.7 billion.

Alcoa traded in a range for the bulk of Wednesday’s session and closed down by 0.06 at $47.96. The stock is now down 2.21 on 109K shares after the bell.
